Dinner buffet

• Smoked fish.
• Fish stew
• Meat station (beef, pork and chicken).
• Chinese rice (chaufa): beef, pork and chicken.
• White rice with coriander.
• Macerated plantain (tacacho).
• Green salad (cucumber, tomato, onion, machichi, crisp lettuce).
• Thai salad (purple cabbage, mango, peanuts, raisins)
• Tapioquina with accompaniment (tucupi sauce, local chili, coriander sauce, hearts of palm, mushrooms sautéed in olive oil, lentils, sweet corn)
• Chontaduro ceviche.
• Variety of juices (copuazu, camucamu, araza).
• Portion of fruits from the region.
• Dessert: Option 1: creamy cupuazu dessert; option 2: Ice cream from the region (mojojoi, mambe, copuazu).
• White and red wine.
