This project aims to examine the genres of Iskonawa verbal arts, performance, and linguistic features in the Peruvian Amazon. From a discourse-centered approach, I will record oral narratives and analyze the language in use in a multilingual context and during the process in which Iskonawa people seeks to strengthen and revitalize their language.
